My Story
I believe in providing my clients with an exceptional experience that leaves them feeling healthier, refreshed, and rejuvenated.
My journey working in health and wellness began with personal training and nutrition. Seeing a need with my clients, I transitioned into massage therapy, followed by hairdressing, then aesthetics and I am thrilled to be fortunate enough to be able to share my passion with others.

Located in the heart of Baddeck, I can offer you a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of every day. With a serene atmosphere, you will feel relaxed and at ease from the moment you step inside.

I understand that, although treatment could greatly benefit an individual, not everyone has access to medical insurance or the funds to be able to afford massage therapy treatments.
